FishGutz Warranty Information
At FishGutz, we proudly stand behind all of our products. We understand that there are a lot of choices out there and we want to make sure our customers are 100% happy with their purchase.
Hyperflex Wetsuits are warranted against manufacturing defects (as determined by Hyperflex) for one year from the date of purchase. Wetsuit accessories (Boots, gloves and hoods) are warranted from 90 days from date of purchase. Hyperflex will replace or repair, at their discretion, any product proving to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse of the product, lack of reasonable care, accidents or loss of the product. If you believe your Hyperflex product is defective or if you wish to have it repaired, please contact us.
As we can only replace suits that are deemed defective by the manufacturer, please examine your suit before you get wet!
PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNED WETSUITS MUST BE CLEAN AND DRY. ANY SUIT THAT IS RECEIVED WET OR DIRTY WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT REVIEW AT THE CONSUMERS EXPENSE.
Return Policy
Unused wetsuits with the tags still attached can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. A full refund is provided for returns. Buyer pays the return shipping. If exchanging, FishGutz will pay to send out the new wetsuit.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If you have received a parcel that is damaged and wish to inquire further regarding compensation, please contact NZ Post’s Customer Service Centre to be advised of the process you need to follow on 0800 501 501. In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, contact us immediately. Damaged or mutilated packages should be kept for inspection.
Please do not open your package with a sharp object. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged whilst opening the box.
